Hundred Hearts ships most of customized goods through DHL. We have Standard 3-5 days shipping, Expedited 2-3 days shipping and Express 1-2 days shipping.
Shipping costs vary based on your chosen method, ordered items, and delivery location. Calculate costs easily by adding items to cart, clicking "View Cart," and using the calculator under "Cart Summary" to preview shipping rates.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of HundredHearts. Once the quantity and condition are verified, we will process the refund in 5 business days.
Please note: We put great care into crafting your custom labels to make your celebration special, so unfortunately, personalized items are non-returnable.
This shouldn’t be a problem. Please send your request for the change you’d like to help@hundredhearts.com and attach any relevant artwork. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please contact our custom care team help@hundredhearts.com right away if you’d like to modify the text on any of your ordered products. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can accommodate the change. However, if production has already begun, unfortunately, we won’t be able to make adjustments.
We are sorry that we cannot accept the return of personalized items, but we will be more than happy to work with you and see if there is something that we can help with, so if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us at help@hundredhearts.com.
