Shipping Policy

At Hundred Hearts, we take great pride in our attention to detail and customer service, ensuring that your bridal products are handled with care from the moment they leave our warehouse until they arrive at your doorstep. We offer various shipping options to accommodate your needs, including express shipping for those last-minute orders.

What is the estimated processing time for my order?

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to dispatch from our warehouse after purchase. Unless you select our priority shipping service, where it will be shipped the same day if ordered prior to 5pm PDT. 

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order under the ‘Orders’ section when you log into “My Account” or use our "Order Tracking" page.

Shipping within United States:

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs! As personalized products are made to order, sometimes your order will take longer time to produce. Please check your cart for the delivery estimate for each of your items and contact with us if you need expedite shipping, we will be pleased to help you choose the most suitable delivery service. 

• Standard Shipping:

Our standard shipping method is via DHL. Within the U.S. The items are dispatched within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. This method does not include insurance.

• Expedited Shipping:

If you need your item(s) sooner, we offer 1-3 days expedited shipping. We highly suggest choosing priority shipping if you need your item quickly, especially if your wedding is coming up.

• Shipping Costs

We provide free standard shipping on orders within US over $35 & within CA over $75. The cost of shipping will differ based on the location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method chosen. You can select a shipping method at checkout that best fits your needs. 

Shipping International: 

• Standard Shipping

International orders take approximately 6-10 business days. 

• Shipping Costs

International shipping will be calculated at checkout and calculated off your cart weight.

• Customs and Import Taxes

International customers may have to pay customs and import taxes, which are not included in your order total.  

What kind of circumstances could affect my delivery time?

The volume of mail fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. All deliveries should be made by 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through to Friday. Unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, changes in carrier route, etc.) can cause deliveries to be made after this time.
