Standard orders in the US ship in 1-2 business day (M-F) and are typically 3-5 business days once shipped.

International orders normally takes 14 days to your door from the time of placing your order.

Hundred Hearts ships most of customized goods through DHL. We have Standard 3-5 days shipping, Expedited 2-3 days shipping and Express 1-2 days shipping.

Orders Over $35: Free Shipping Cost

You may return items no later than 30 days after the day on which the items are delivered to you.

Returns are made at your own risk and remain your responsibility until we receive them. 

You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs if the items are not faulty or damaged.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of HundredHearts. Once the quantity and condition are verified, we will process the refund in 5 business days.
