About Shipping 

We offer multiple delivery options to suit your needs! As personalized products are made to order, sometimes your order will take longer time to produce. Please check your cart for the delivery estimate for each of your items and contact with us if you need expedite shipping, we will be pleased to help you choose the most suitable delivery service.

  

What delivery option do I have?

- US Standard Shipping : 3-5 business days

- US Expedited Shipping : 1-3 business days

In addition, please understand that we do need 1-3 business days to process the orders. For upgrade shipping services like USPS priority mail, Fedex Standard Overnight or similar, please contact us or send an e-mail to help@hundredhearts.com with your address and the date you expect to receive the package, we will provide the estimated shipping cost as per your order.

- International Shipping: 6-10 business days

Orders are processed daily, and international shipping typically takes 6 to 10 business days, contingent on your country.

Please note that taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs policies vary widely in countries, and some countries don't charge Import Fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. You may contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

 

How can I track my parcel?

    Our team will provide you with the tracking number once the order is shipped. You will be able to track your order under the ‘Orders’ section when you log into My Account or use our "Order Tracking" page.

     

    What kind of could affect my delivery time?

    The volume of mail fluctuates daily; therefore, delivery times are not guaranteed. All deliveries should be made by 5:00 p.m. local time Monday through to Friday. Unusual circumstances (such as traffic, staffing fluctuations, severe weather, natural disaster, changes in carrier route, etc.) can cause deliveries to be made after this time.

     

    About Return

    What kind of products can you return and which you cannot return?

    Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalized orders, or intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

    Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the Product. We do not accept the return of any Product where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. 

    The goods must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. When trying on any Products which are clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the Product.     How do I return my order? 

    Please email the packing slip and product images to help@hundredhearts.com within 7 days. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ship items back within 14 days of delivery.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

    Returns must arrive at our location within 30 days from the date the package is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of HundredHearts. Once the quantity and condition are verified, we will process the refund in 5 business days.

    How do I exchange my order?

    We do not currently offer exchanges. If you like to exchange an item you will need to return the original item, receive a refund and then place a new order. 

    Damages and issues

    We're sorry if your order doesn’t arrive as expected. We know how important it is for you to be in perfect condition and we’ll do our best to try and solve the problem. Please send us a picture of the item and packing slip as soon as possible and the date that you would need the replacement order by and we will take care of the rest.     Refund Policy 

    Once we receive the item, we will refund you to your original payment method in 5 business days. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to process due to varying processing times between payment providers. 

    My item is personalized but I don’t like it, can I return it?

    We are sorry that we cannot accept the return of personalized items, but we will be more than happy to work with you and see if there is something that we can help with, so if you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us at help@hundredhearts.com

     

    Cancellation

    How do I cancel my order?

    We cannot accept the cancellation once your order is under production. Please email us at help@hundredhearts.com within 24 hours of purchase. If the order is not made yet we will help to process the cancellation.
